6 Month Programme

As part of our free introductory Discovery Call, we would discuss your situation to see what the right programme may be for you. As an indication, the 6 month programme is likely for you if:​

• your goal is to boost your fertility, or;

• you have been medically diagnosed with PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, auto-immune condition etc.

• you have signs of chronic inflammation

This programme includes comprehensive functional testing (hair and blood) to understand what is really going on in your body so we can be efficient and precise in our plan of action.

Testing is included in the price (except the blood draw which is priced by a local lab).

The type of blood test we do will depend on your symptoms/goals e.g. fertility vs PCOS.
