With every new client I hold an initial in-depth consultation ( 1 hour duration) to understand a holistic view of your current health situation, and determine what should be the initial focus of herbal and naturopathic support.
Herbs will initially be prescribed for 2 weeks, after which a follow up will be required before sending a repeat/changed prescription.
A rough indication of how long you will need herbal and naturopathic support required is determined by how long you have had your illness/symptoms - a month of herbs for every year. However you can expect to feel some improvements within 2-4 weeks.
After having our initial consultation I may suggest functional testing to help target treatment further and get quicker results - for example HTMA testing (see Why do HTMA testing page), blood tests (e.g. fertility issues), stool analysis (digestive issues) etc. This is optional and additional cost, or the HTMA test is included as part of my 3 month program (aka Health MOT).
Prices
- Initial Consultation ( 1 hour): £130 - includes herbs ( after your session you will receive a personalised herbal prescription for 2 weeks, posted to you, plus naturopathic advice to follow)
- Follow up consultation (20 mins): £30 (after which your prescription will be re-prescribed or changed - this price does not include the herbs)
- Functional Testing Results Interpretation Consultation ( 1 hour): £100
- 2 weeks* of herbs, plus p&p: £30
- 4 weeks* of herbs plus p&p: £55
*Duration will depend on the follow-up discussion and your needs
